Bio
Pat Wester has served the EFCA's North Central District since 2019. Pat committed his life to serving Christ when he was 12 at Bible Camp. Pat received his BS in Law Enforcement from MSU in Mankato and an MDiv from Bethel Seminary. He is also a certified coach and ordained with the EFCA. After 8 years of serving in law enforcement, he went on to be associate youth pastor, associate pastor of children, and executive pastor and many other roles in MN churches over the course of 22 years. He has been married to his wife, Dawn for 40 years and have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Pat enjoys the outdoors in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, working in his yard and garden as well as the occasional golf game. He is grateful to serve alongside our district team as we serve pastors, church leaders, and churches.
As director of church revitalization, his ministry focuses on assessing churches, consulting with pastors/elders on ministry development, policy, procedures, by laws, and other administrative functions. Pat also spends his time coaching pastors and elder boards on leadership issues.
