Dear Pastors and Mission Leaders,

Most months the district missions letter provides information for you and your churches. This month we are flipping the script. We would like information from you on what your church is doing in missions.

We are collecting this information to better tailor our programs to the needs of churches in the NCD. Please have the appropriate person from your church fill out this short survey so that we can get a picture of how churches are engaging in missions. Please give as honest of an answer as you can.

The last question on the survey is an open-ended question about topics for future missions webinars. We have done two webinars in the past year (one in the fall, and one in February). We want to address topics that would be helpful to you and your churches.
