Greetings in Christ. September is here and life this fall is getting busy again. As we plan out our calendars for this coming year, there are some important mission dates to remember for the church calendar.
September 27-28, Cuba Consortium at The Villages in Florida. The consortium is looking for additional churches who want to investigate and partner with The New Pines denomination in Cuba. September 28. Eyes on the Middle East conference in Minneapolis. This is a one-day conference from 9am to 3:30pm. For information and an invitation to attend, please contact Craig.McClun@efca.org.
November 3, The International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. This is one day that all churches should put on their calendar. If you only remember the persecuted church for one day, this is the day to pray for them. November 10, This is Orphan Sunday. GlobalFingerprints is now in 10 countries. The latest country is Vietnam. This is a good day to pray for this ministry and to promote the sponsorship of children at $35 a month. February 21-22, 2020, MC2. This is the 14th annual missionary conference on missionary care. The theme this year is 2020 Vision Seeing Missionary Care Through Changing Lenses.
