Greetings in Christ. This past June the 2025 EFCA One National Conference was held in West Des Moine, Iowa at Valley Church. This church started with three couples and now they are the largest EFCA church in the Central District. Starting in 2009, they started “Love You Des Moines (DSM).” They wanted to build bridges to their community through good works and to love the people of greater Des Moines. Across the street from their church is the Valley Community Center. They have 200,000 guests that come each year to use the facility.

I also received a bookmark called “LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR.” This month I am sharing that information with you. May the Lord help us to love our neighbors and community this coming year.
