Come meet other women in ministry in the NCD! Whether you are on staff or in key volunteer roles, this is an opportunity to meaningfully connect with other women leaders and be equipped. We’ll use the workshop time to get a head start on thinking about big and little picture planning for a ministry year with practical tools and questions built in. I’ll plan to email some questions ahead of time to all those who register to help you look back to see what the Lord has done before we look forward. Whether you tend to value big picture ideas, strategic questions or implementable tools, you’ll benefit from this workshop.
- Reflect on what God has done in this ministry you lead (We’ll send questions before the workshop for you to reflect on in advance to look back before you look forward).
- Reflect on and align with the priorities of your church.
- Make progress in practical planning for the upcoming ministry year as we consider things like content and calendars.
You can come as a leader of a ministry area to think through how you might plan and bring any teams you lead through a process, or you might want to invite key team members or someone you are discipling to join you to experience it first hand.
